THE VICTIM WAS DRIVING DOWN THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD WHEN HE SWERVED TO AVOID AN ON-COMING VEHICLE. HE RAN OFF THE SIDE OF THE ROAD DOWN AN EMBANKMENT AND OVERTURNED.
