THE PEDESTRIAN WAS STRUCK BY A VEHICLE TRAVELING ON US HWY 70WB N.ROGERS RD, IN THE OUTSIDE LANE. THE DRIVER AND VEHICLE LEFT THE SCENE AND ARE UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME. MR. MORGAN WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD ON SCENE BY GARLAND COUNTY CORONER
