Initial Narrative:
V-1 WAS EASTBOUND ON I-40 AT THE 38.90 MILE MARKER. FOR AN UNKNOWN REASON V-1 DROVE OFF THE RIGHT/SOUTH SIDE OF THE INTERSTATE AND COLLIDED INTO THE SOUTH SIDE OF A DITCHBANK. V-1 CONTINUED EASTBOUND DOWN THE DITCH AND CAME TO REST OFF THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE TRAFFICWAY.
