V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON CLINTON RD BEGAN TO SLIDE AND VEERED OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. V1 SPUN CLOCKWISE INTO THE DITCH ROLLING ON THE DRIVER’S SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. DRIVER OF V1 WAS PARTIALLY EJECTED OUT THE DRIVER’S DOOR WINDOW.
