V1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON HWY 310 WHEN ATTEMPTING TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE LOOSING CONTROL LEAVING THE ROADWAY CAUSING THE TRUCK TO OVERTURN, EJECTING THE DRIVER. MR. ROSE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD ON SCENE.
