V1 WAS TRAVELING DOWN S.H. 98 DROVE OFF THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND COLLIDED WITH A BRIDGE GUARDRAIL. V1 THEN BEGAN TO OVERTURN AND LANDED UPSIDE DOWN IN THE CREEK. CRASH SCENE WAS NOT DISCOVERED UNTIL 11/01/18 @ 10:22AM.
