V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 7. V1 WAS FLEEING FROM DOVER PD AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED DOVER PD UNIT CALLED OFF THE PURSUIT AND V1 CONTINUED FOR APPROX 3 MILES THEN LEFT THE ROADWAY OVERTURNING SEVERAL TIMES. THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE.
