V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON BEN'S CREEK ROAD. V1 LOST CONTROL AFTER HITTING LOOSE GRAVEL AND OVERTURNED. THE PASSENGER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE. THE DRIVER WAS NOT UNJURED AND SEAT BELT WAS NOT IN USE: DAVID YANCEY 08/18/92 306 E. CHURCH ST. HORSESHOE BEND.
