V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON HWY 328 AND RAN OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. V1 STRUCK A DITCH AND OVERTURNED EJECTING THE DRIVER. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE.
