VEH-1 WAS WESTBOUND ON HWY 69 WHEN IT RAM OFF THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY INTO DITCH, EJECTING THE DRIVER. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY DEPUTY CORONER DEB SMITH.
