THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE LEFT THE ROAD AND WENT DOWN AN EMBANKMENT AND STRUCK SOME TREES. THE DRIVER WAS PARTIALLY EJECTED. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT BY THE CARROLL COUNTY CORONERS OFFICE.
