V1 STRUCK THE CONCRETE WALL ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ON RAMP SHOULDER WITH THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE ROTATED CLOCKWISE COMING TO A STOP ON THE SHOULDER AND ON THE RAMP FACING SOUTH. THE DRIVER WAS PARTIALLY EJECTED.
