V1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 367. V1 CROSSED THE CENTERLINE WENT ACROSS THE WEST ROADSIDE AND STRUCK A FENCE. V1 THEN WENT THROUGH A PRIVATE YARD STRUCK ANOTHER FENCE STRUCK A STORM SHELTER AND OVERTURNED. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY THE CORONER.
