THE KCS TRAIN WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON THE RAILROAD TRACKS V-1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON LOCK ST. AND FAILED TO YIELD AND PULLED OUT IN FRONT OF THE TRAIN. THE DRIVER OF THE TRAIN JOSHUA JENNINGS DOB 10-18-1977 WAS NOT INJURED.
