V-1 WAS EASTBOUND ON GENOA RD. DRIVER OF V-1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A RIGHT TURN ONTO THE ENTRANCE RAMP TO LOOP 245. V-1 WAS GOING TOO FAST STRUCK THE WALL AND OVERTURNED SEVERAL TIMES. DRIVER WAS EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE.
