THE VICTIM WAS WALKING EASTBOUND IN THE WESTBOUND LANE OF TRAFFIC WHEN HE WAS STRUCK BY V-1. V-1 THEN LEFT THE SCENE. THE VICTIM WAS THEN STRUCK BY V-2. POCAHONTAS PD DID NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE DRIVER OF EITHER VEHICLE.
