V-1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON SH 73 TRAVELED THROUGH THE INTERSECTION EXITED THE ROADWAY STRIKING A TREE. MR ELLIS WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY NEVADA COUNTY CORONER DAVID GUMMERSON.
