V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 103. V2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 103. V2 NEGOTIATED A CURVE AND LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE RIGHT SIDE. V2 WAS ABLE TO GET BACK ONTO THE SOUTHBOUND LANE CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND THE FRONT OF V1 STRUCK THE RIGHT SIDE OF V2.
