Initial Narrative:
WITNESSES REPORTED THAT THE MOTORCYCLE WAS WESTBOUND ON LA HARPE BLVD AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED WHEN THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL IN A CURVE AND STRUCK THE SOUTH CURB LINE OF LA HARPE BLVD. THE PASSENGER WAS EJECTED AND LANDED IN THE MEDIAN, SUFFERING A SEVER HEAD INJURY. NEITHER SUBJECT WAS WEARING A HELMET.
