V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON I-555 IN THE INSIDE LANE THE RIGHT REAR TIRE BLEW OUT CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO OVER CORRECT AND MAKE CONTACT WITH THE CABLE BARRIER CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO FLIP EJECTING 3 PASSENGERS OF THE VEHICLE.
