V-1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON SH 59. V-1 LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE EAST THROUGH A FIELD WENT OVER S. 28TH ST AND INTO A DITCH ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. VICTIM WAS EJECTED AS V-1 OVERTURNED. VICTIM DIED AT ST EDWARDS HOSPITAL AT 1030AM ON 7/15/11.
