V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND IN THE 2700 BLOCK OF HIGHWAY 7 IN HOT SPRINGS. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS CROSSING IN THE CROSSWALK AND WAS STRUCK BY V1. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT ST. VINCENTS HOSPITAL. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS NOT INJURED.
