V1 WAS TURNING FROM A PARKING LOT SOUTH ONTO CENTRAL AVE NEAR OAKLAWN AVE. P1 WAS WALKING NORTH ON THE SIDEWALK AS V1 WAS ENTERING THE ROADWAY. V1'S FRONT BUMPER MADE CONTACT WITH P1 CAUSING FATAL INJURIES.
