DRIVER WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON BENTON COUNTY ROAD 40, LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE LEFT SIDE AND COLLIDED WITH A TREE. ACC OCCURRED AT APPROX 10PM ON THE 12TH AND WAS NOT REPORTED UNTIL 315PM ON THE 13TH. DRIVER WAS WEARING A HELMET.
