V1 WAS WESTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 31. V1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE RAN OFF THE ROADWAY STRUCK A CONCRETE CULVERT AND ROLLED OVER EJECTING THE DRIVER. MR WARD WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE.
