DRIVER OF V-1 WAS PULLING INTO HIS DRIVEWAY WHEN THE MINOR RAN OUT OF THE RESIDENCE TOWARDS THE VEHICLE. THE DRIVER DID NOT SEE THE MINOR AND RAN HIM OVER WITH THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL.
