V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON FULBRIGHT EXPRESSWAY TOWARDS US 71. V1 LEFT THE RODAWAY ON THE RIGHT SIDE STRIKING A CONCRETE PILLAR. THE VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY CAUGHT FIRE WITH THE DRIVER STILL INSIDE.
