V-1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON U.S. HIGHWAY 62. V-1 PARTIALLY EXITED THE NORTHSIDE OF THE HIGHWAY CAUSING THE OPERATOR TO OVER CORRECT. V-1 EXITED THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY AND STRUCK A CULVERT CAUSING V-1 TO OVERTURN.
