VEH-1 WAS NORTHBOUND AND RAN OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRIKING A CULVERT, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO GO AIRBORNE. THE VEHICLE LANDED ON IT'S PASSENGER SIDE AND EXPLODED. MR. CARRAWAY WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE.
