V1 WAS SOUTH IN THE LEFT LANE OF THE ACCESS ROAD OF I-30 AT THE I-430 EXIT RAMP TO BASS PRO PARKWAY. AS THE DRIVER WAS PARTIALLY IN A CURVE HE STRUCK A PEDESTRIAN.
