V1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON STATE HIGHWAY 38. V1 RAN OFF THE ROADWAY AND ONTO THE SOUTH SHOULDER WHERE THE DRIVER OVER- CORRECTED THE VEHICLE CAUSING THE DRIVER TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND STRIKE AN EMBANKMENT.
