V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON US 71B IN THE OUTSIDE LANE AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. THE RIGHT SIDE TIRES OF V1 STRUCK THE CURB THEN V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A TREE.
