THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON JOHNSON STREET IN THE CITY LIMITS OF WILMAR. HE ATTEMPTED A RIGHT HAND TURN ONTO NORTH 8TH STREET. THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL AND WAS THROWN FROM THE ATV.
