V1 WAS TRAVELING ON S.H. 381 APPROXIMATELY 9 MILES SOUTH OF U.S.70. V1 LOST CONTROL AND RAN OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROAD CAUSING VEHICLE TO FLIP OVER. MCKINNEY WAS TRANSPORTED TO UAMS WHERE HE LATER SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURIES. DR. ADAM CHANDLER PRONOUNCED AT 924PM.
