DRIVER V-1 HAD STOPPED HIS VEH AT HIS MAILBOX TO GET HIS MAIL. HE HAD STEPPED PARTIALLY OUT OF HIS VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE SOMEHOW GOT INTO REVERSE OR NEUTRAL AND STARTED TO ROLL BACKWARD. DRIVER GOT ENTANGLED IN THE SEAT BELT AND WAS DRAGGED AS THE VEHICLE ROLLED BACKWARD. VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE.
