V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND IN THE SOUTHBOUND LANES OF TRAFFIC ON THE I-430 RIVER BRIDGE. V2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON THE I-430 RIVER BRIDGE. V1 HIT V2 HEAD ON AND CAUGHT ON FIRE. BOTH WERE PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE.
