V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON COON CREEK LANE. MR NAIL LOST CONTROL LEAVING THE ROADWAY ON THE WEST SIDE. V1 WENT INTO THE DITCH AND CAME TO FINAL REST AGAINIST A TREE. THE DRIVER WAS PARTIALLY EJECTED AND PRONOUNCED DEAD ON SCENE.
