V-1 TRAVELING EASTBOUND I-40. V-2 TRAVELING WESTBOUND I-40. V-1 CROSSED MEDIAN AND BOTH WESTBOUND LANES OF TRAFFIC BEFORE STRIKING V-2 HEADON ON WESTBOUND SHOULDER.
