DRIVER WAS TURNING LEFT ON TO STATE HIGHWAY 319. DRIVER TURNED WIDE AND STRUCK A LARGE CONCRETE CULVERT. THE VEHICLE THE ROLLED OVER INTO A SMALL CREEK. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT.
