V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 133. V1 TRAVELED OFF OF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A CULVERT AND OVERTURNED SEVERAL TIMES. THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE. V1 WAS PRONOUNCED ON THE SCENE BY DEPUTY CORONER GUY HUGHES.
