V-1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO NEGOTIATE A LEFT HAND CURVE AND TRAVELED OFF THE ROAD TO THE RIGHT, V-1 THEN STRUCK 2 TREES. THE VICTIM WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE HE DIED FROM HIS INJURIES ON 5/14/08.
