Initial Narrative:
ALL VEHICLES WERE TRAVELING EAST ALONG I-40 AROUND THE 109 MILE MARKER. V-2 COLLIDED WITH THE REAR OF V-1 CAUSING V-2 TO ROTATE CLOCKWISE AND COME TO REST IN THE OUTSIDE LANE OF TRAVEL FACING SOUTH. V-4 STRUCK V-2 ON THE PASSENGER SIDE AND THEN STRUCK V-3 IN THE REAR.
