V3 WAS ON I555 SB IN THE NB LANE OF TRAFFIC WHEN HE STRUCK A TRACTOR TRAILER HEAD ON. THIS CAUSED A SECONDARY ACCIDENT BETWEEN V1 AND V2. V3 WAS PRONOUNCED ON SCENE BY THE CORONER TOBY EMERSON.
