MR. LAMB WAST ATTEMPTING TO CROSS UNIVERSITY IN AN UNLIT AREA AND WAS STRUCK BY V-1. THE VICTIM WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE HE LATER DIED. THE DRIVER OF V-1 JOHN PARKER DOB-07/18/1981 ALSO OF LITTLE ROCK WAS NOT INJURED.
