V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 67. V1 RAN OFF THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A GUARDRAIL, EJECTING THE PASSENGER. V1 CONTINUED ON AND CAME TO REST IN A CREEK BED. RANDALL DAVIS JR. WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT 6:31AM AT UAMS BY DR. JOHN PINKSTAFF.
