V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HWY 195. V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A LEFT HAND CURVE. V1 TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD AND COLLIDED WITH A TREE CAUSING A VEHICLE FIRE. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY HEMPSTEAD COUNTY CORONER BEN BRAZZEL AT 3:15AM.
