Initial Narrative:
MR. ROY WAS RIDING A MOTORCYCLE NORTHBOUND ON TOWSON AVENUE WHEN A STATE HWY DUMP TRUCK PULLING A ROLLER, SOUTHBOUND, TURNED IN FRONT OF THE MOTORCYCLE. THE MOTORCYCLE LAID OVER ON ITS LEFT SIDE AND THEN HIT THE DRUM OF THE ROLLER, THROWING THE RIDER OFF THE MOTORCYCLE.
