V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 530. WHILE TRAVELING NORTH P1 TRIED TO CROSS THE INTERSTATE AND WAS STRUCK BY V1. MR. BOSWELL WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE. DRIVER OF V1 SAMUEL BOWMAN (73) WAS NOT INJURED IN THIS ACCIDENT.
