V-1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON CENTRAL AVENUE VEERED OFF THE ROADWAY STRUCK A UTILITY POLE AND OVERTURNED EJECTING THE DRIVER. V-1 CAME TO REST ON ITS TOP. VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY GARLAND COUNTY DEPUTY CORONER JAYSON NEIGHBORS.
