V1 WAS DRIVING IN THE INSIDE SOUTHBOUND LANE OF S 8TH ST NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF W CALLAHAN DR. A CYCLIST (P1) WAS RIDING IN THE OUTSIDE SOUTHBOND LANE. P1 TURNED LEFT WITHOUT WARNING. V1 SWERVED BUT WAS UNABLE TO AVOID COLLISION. P1 WAS TRANSPORTED TO A LOCAL HOSPTIAL WHERE HE SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURIES.
